How much can I capture before syncing?
As much as the device can hold. Capture stays local until you sync; storage and battery for the planned visit are the practical limits, both listed in pre-visit preparation.
Will my work be visible on the web before sync?
No. Records appear on the web platform once synchronization completes. That is why the before-leaving-site check exists: nothing expected should remain only on the mobile device.
Does the reviewer need to wait for every record?
Review begins per record once its status reads Enriched. Processing status is visible per asset rather than holding the whole visit hostage.
