What happens if a field user signs in with a different email than assigned?
The assigned building and site visit will not appear. Verify the assignment on the web, then sign out and back in with the exact assigned address.
Does the AI run without a reviewer?
No. Enrichment proposes structured values from photographs, documents and notes; every populated field requires accept, dismiss, or correction before the record counts as reviewed. Nothing ships unverified.
